Yes, this is possible. The problem with that idea is the fact that it normally requires a fair amount of energy to do so in the first place. Generally, it’s not cost-efficient, and the process of turning the hydrogen into liquid will pollute the environment just as much as we are now.

if by we you mean a common person the answer would be no be cause the space it would take to store that much hydrogen would be huge.depending on your need for energy.

  3. Arnoux Says:

Yes. Scientists at the Technical University of Denmark have invented a technology which may be an important step towards the hydrogen economy:a hydrogen tablet that effectively stores hydrogen in an inexpensiveand safe material.

This is how the space shuttle is launched from solid and boosters and liquid H20, car battery’s are water turned into hydrogen and it is explosive read writing on any car battery it will say keep away from open fire or flam for risk of exploding and you can harness this power and they have all ready done this , but not in a way we can start are cars from and just move I know what your saying but, its all about money and who has it and where they want to spend it the tech is here and they do need to harness it , better that the Hydrogen bomb dropped on Nagasaki
